What is Private Yoga?

 

Private yoga session occurs in a 1-1 setting with yoga poses presented as visuals, or verbally. The poses follow a sequential order from seated, hands and knees, standing, prone and supine.  Each pose is designed to create strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Included with the poses are breath work, singing, songs, games, relaxation and visualization.  

 

In a private yoga setting, Brandon creates a sacred space for children to play, develop social skills, and establish a sense of calm. Parents are encouraged to remain with their child during the private yoga session. 

 

Private Yoga is beneficial for a wide variety of needs, including but not limited to:

These sessions include goal setting, personalized therapeutic postures, breathing practices, mindfulness practices, and relaxation.
 

After the first session parents will receive the entire practice in an easy-to-follow PDF document with pictures and notes to continue practicing at home.

PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

 

For Children Ages 4-12: [The first session is $85 for 60 minutes. Subsequent sessions are $60 for 45 minutes, or $75 for 60 minutes]

 

For Children 13 & older: [The first session is $95 for 75 minutes. Subsequent sessions are $75 for 60 minutes.]

 

For Families: $75 for a 60 min group session (family of 4; extra people $10 each.)
